New GM for Keswick

Keswick Hall & Golf Club Announces John Trevenen As General Manager

(CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.) - Keswick Hall & Golf Club - the acclaimed 600-acre luxury resort set in Virginia's scenic Hunt Country - announces John Trevenen as general manager.

Trevenen has nearly 30 years of strategic leadership experience at the five-star hospitality level, predominately in Australia or the U.S. He comes to Keswick Hall & Golf Club from the Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton, N.Y. where he was general manager.

Previously, he was vice president and general manager of The Mayflower Inn & Spa in Washington, Conn. following several senior-level positions with Four Seasons Hotels including the brand's Houston and Los Angeles properties. Trevenen is a graduate of the Tourism and Hotel Management School in Canberra, Australia.

Full Cry is ranked No. 45 in Golfweek's "Best Resort Courses in the U.S." and was named in Golf Digest's "2015 Best New Courses."

Set in the historic hunt and wine country of central Virginia in Charlottesville, Keswick Hall & Golf Club is a 600-acre boutique resort featuring 48 private guest rooms. The northern wing of the luxury resort hotel contains historic Villa Crawford, once the Italianesque private estate of the Robert Crawford family built in 1912. The resort has received the Forbes Five-Star Award for its exceptional level of luxury and service every year since 2015.

The acclaimed resort is the sister property of The Hermitage Hotel in Nashville.

Keswick Hall & Golf Club - centrally located -- is an easy two-hour drive from the Washington D.C. metro area and just over three hours from Baltimore and 3.5 hours from Raleigh, N.C.
